In light of the challenge and the rapidly changing reality posed by the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we at French King are altering the way we will be showing properties. We will be focused on the health of our Sellers and Buyers. Effective immediately, property showing protocol has been changed.

Since your health is of utmost concern, if you or anyone in your family has a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please do not consider a showing. Sellers should decline a showing request if uncomfortable for any reason. When a property showing is scheduled, prospective Buyers are expected to ‘suit up’ with booties, gloves, hand sanitizer and a face mask. Our agents will do the same. Children will not be permitted on the first visit to the property. We attend showings to monitor activity, as well as provide valuable feedback for our Sellers.
